Simple Returns Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, drop us a line via email and simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt (within 21 days of receipt for international customers).
Just indicate if you wish for a refund, credit note or an exchange at that point and your instructions will be actioned immediately upon receipt.

Unfortunately any personalised gifts are non-returnable. However, if the item is faulty or you believe the engraving/personalisation is incorrect due to no mistake of your own please contact us and we will arrange for its return.

We recognise that it is not always possible to establish if the goods are going to be suitable in a shorter time - especially for purchases intended as gifts - and we want you to be happy! So we allow up to 30 days from receipt of your goods to allow you to exchange goods or request a credit which we will place in your E-Wallet. Please contact us in the same way as above.

The Gorjuss™ collection of Gorjuss Girls giftware and handbags is a truly beautiful, thought- provoking set of artwork created by Glasgow artist Suzanne Woolcott. Gorjuss Gifts offer highly unique gifts including a selection of handbags, trinkets, notebooks, mugs that we are excited to offer our customers here at Treasure Box.
With a different name assigned to various collections such as ‘You brought Me Love’, ‘Puddles of Love’ and ‘Fallen’, it is easy to see why Suzanne’s pieces come highly acclaimed. Inspiration for the Gorjuss giftware collection and further artwork comes from an expression of childhood where the designer states that innocence has been lost in all of us. The idea is that the pose of each little girl seen on the Gorjuss gifts challenge our thoughts, comfort and pre-conceived ideas of childhood as well as providing a statement of style. Each image aims to develop a sense of calm to those who view.
Santoro giftware is a relatively new brand to us and so far it has received much recognition from new and existing customers. We are investigating new products all the time and will bring further items from Santoros beautiful collections.
