** Extended Xmas Returns Policy **
We will operate our usual extended exchange period for Christmas, where any item bought between 1st November and 24th December and deemed unsuitable, will be eligible to be returned for either an exchange or credit note all the way up to January 14th.
All other terms & conditions still apply.
Returns for Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us via the contact us page within 7 working days from receipt of your delivery and we will automatically email you a Returns Form for you to print out and fill in. We must then be in receipt of those goods within a further 7 working days to qualify for a refund.
Personalised Product Returns
Unfortunately any personalised gifts are non-returnable unless faulty or you believe the engraving/personalisation is incorrect due to no mistake of your own or poor quality. If you receive a poor quality personalised gift we ask that you contact us within 7 working days from receipt where we will ask for you to email us a photograph or send the item back to us using our free post label.
Extended Period For Exchanges & Credit Notes
We recognise that it is not always possible to establish if the goods are going to be suitable in that time, especially for gift purchases, so we allow up to 30 days from receipt of your goods to allow you to exchange goods or request a credit which we will place in your E-Wallet. Please contact us in the same way as above.
(Important - Pierced earrings and hair accessories are non returnable in line with current Health & Hygiene legislation)
From time to time we will run multi buy promotions. Where a product is highlighted by a Multi Buy symbol, this will indicate that that product is part of a Multi Buy promotion. The product will explain which Multi buy promotion it belongs to.
Discounted items can be returned to us if they are unwanted, incorrect, faulty or arrive in a damaged state. We are able to offer you a straight replacement for any discounted Multi buy items. This item can be refunded at the discounted price.
Main or qualifying Multi buy items can be returned to us if they are incorrect, faulty or arrive in a damaged state. We are able to offer you a replacement for any qualifying Multi buy item. Due to the nature of these promotions we cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone, see below.
When the Multi Buy promotion is advertising Get 1 Free, this will always relate to the cheapest one of the qualifying amount of products. Any returns must include all qualifying items.
When returning any product that has been part of a multi buy purchase, you will be credited the difference in value of what you have kept and what you have returned. You would have forfeit any free or discounted product in the purchase by returning part thereof. Company issued discount vouchers or codes cannot be used in conjunction with a Multi Buy promotion either online or in store.
