Simple Returns Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, drop us a line via email and simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt (within 21 days of receipt for international customers).
Just indicate if you wish for a refund, credit note or an exchange at that point and your instructions will be actioned immediately upon receipt.
*Please note pierced earrings and hair accessories are non returnable in line with current Health & Hygiene legislation.
Exceptions
Unfortunately any personalised gifts are non-returnable. However, if the item is faulty or you believe the engraving/personalisation is incorrect due to no mistake of your own please contact us and we will arrange for its return.

We recognise that it is not always possible to establish if the goods are going to be suitable in a shorter time - especially for purchases intended as gifts - and we want you to be happy! So we allow up to 30 days from receipt of your goods to allow you to exchange goods or request a credit which we will place in your E-Wallet. Please contact us in the same way as above.

It doesn't matter if your jewellery collection is large or small you can customise your own jewellery box using Stackers.
Your finshed jewellery box is essentially made up of one or more layers of Stackers. There are five types or layers in the mini size collection and three types in the large collection.
Simply choose the colour Stacker your prefer starting with a lid, then the most suitable interior configuration that best suits your jewellery collection using the same or a selection of different layers. The more you have in your jewellery collection the higher your Stacker can go. Stackers are designed specifically to fit on top of each other and will not slide off.
