Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us via email within 7 working days from receipt of your delivery and we will automatically email you a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions for your return. We must then be in receipt of those goods within a further 7 working days to qualify for a refund.
Extended Period For Exchanges & Credit Notes
We recognise that it is not always possible to establish if the goods are going to be suitable in that time, especially for gift purchases, so we allow up to 30 days from receipt of your goods to allow you to exchange goods or request a credit which we will place in your E-Wallet. Philippe Ferrandis creates two collections per year which are always different, always spectacular, but which have over the years acquired their own style. Wearing jewellery designed by him makes a woman feel glamorous and look enchanting. His inspiration comes from nature and from natural elements. The beauty of nature is always to be found in his collection.
By only using the finest materials, some of which are precious, crystals that are exclusively Swarovski Elements, Philippe Ferrandis makes all of his jewellery by hand ensuring unique results of the highest quality.
The style and the quality of Philippe Ferrandis jewellery are well known among the couture designers. Balmain, Oscar de la Renta, Jean Louis Scherrer, Escada and Chanel all ask him to accessorise their fashion shows. For the past eight years, Daniel Swarovski has asked Philippe for his artistic collaboration on every collection. He is currently designing Nina Riccis new jewellery collection.
