Simple Returns Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, drop us a line via email and simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt (within 21 days of receipt for international customers).
Just indicate if you wish for a refund, credit note or an exchange at that point and your instructions will be actioned immediately upon receipt.

Pilgrim is a bespoke company who specialise in supplying the public with a series of handcrafted jewellery items which are made in Denmark. During the early years of the label, the two founders, Annemette Markvad and Thomas Adamsen, travelled around Denmark selling their jewellery designs in the street and at music festivals. After selling many of their creations, Pilgrim began to grow and expand into an international company. The Pilgrim headquarters is based in Skanderborg, Denmark. Both of the founders are still very much involved in the company and help the brand to preserve its original ideas of handcrafted designs and on trend accessories.
Pilgrim stands out amongst other brands as every single piece of pilgrim jewellery is made, painted and assembled by hand giving all items a unique style unlike any other. Every piece of Pilgrim jewellery is handmade by skilled craftsmen, hand painted and assembled by hand. The jewellery is plated with either 925 sterling silver, 16k gold, 16k rose gold or hematite. All our jewellery is coated with resilient surface treatment to improve durability. All metals are 100 % lead and nickel-free. The jewellery company is dedicated to helping charities and does so by designing products in aid of particular organisations including Doctors without Borders. All profits of these specially designed items are donated to the organisations of their choice. The brand has made over €1,735,000 for Doctors without Borders.
