Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us via email within 7 working days from receipt of your delivery and we will automatically email you a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions for your return. We must then be in receipt of those goods within a further 7 working days to qualify for a refund.
Extended Period For Exchanges & Credit Notes
We recognise that it is not always possible to establish if the goods are going to be suitable in that time, especially for gift purchases, so we allow up to 30 days from receipt of your goods to allow you to exchange goods or request a credit which we will place in your E-Wallet. You will find here an extensive selection of unique jewellery, all hand-crafted and ethically made in a fusion of bold silver and earthy heat-treated copper and brass.
Traditional techniques and styles are used to create highly original designs. The nickel free jewellery is cut from brass and copper sheets and either silver plated (Jumali Accessories) or brazed with torches to produce the intrinsic colours (Creative Copper & Brass Images). Semi precious stones, crystals and fittings may be added before being cured in an industrial oven and polished. A lacquer is applied to protect from discolouration.
Creative Copper (Coppercraft) is situated in the rolling hills of Mpumalanga on the borders of the Kruger National Park and the designs and use of earthy colours are drawn from the culture of the Ndebele tribe.
Brass Images is based in the Eastern Cape in the heartland of the Xhozas and their inspirations, particularly the use of semi precious stones, are derived from local tradition and the beautiful surrounding landscape.
Jumali Accessories is located in the heart of Egoli ‘the City of Gold’ in Gauteng. The influence of tribal and modern are merged to create original and unique designs.
Marzipan is designed and made in Simonstown in the Cape where Karyn Walters and her small team use organic materials to create jewellery fresh from mother nature.
