I want what I order straight away. How can I be sure when I order an item it is in stock instead of receiving an email saying I have to wait like other websites? You can only purchase items that are in stock. On our site, each product will tell you if it is in stock and how many days you can expect delivery. If it is out of stock and the picture is still showing you will be unable to place it in your basket.
If a product is showing Out of Stock, how can I still place an order for it? Within the product details there is an Ask A Question icon. Simply click on this and send us your enquiry. We can then inform you if it is coming back into stock and either take a forward order or let you know when it arrives back into stock.
I have forgotten an important birthday or I am going out this weekend and need my jewellery tomorrow. How can I get it quicker? Providing you have selected a product/products that are highlighted as 1-2 day delivery, at the checkout you can upgrade to a Next Day Guaranteed Delivery provided it is ordered by 14.00hrs. This is sent Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery by 1pm. You will need to have someone in to sign receipt of your parcel. (If it is after 14.00hrs please call us and we will tell you if we can still get your order out).
I am uncomfortable ordering online with my credit card details. How else can I buy some of your lovely jewellery? Our website is 100% secure, however we acknowledge that not everyone is comfortable with online shopping. So simply call us on 0845 025 00 00 and we can take your order over the telephone and you can choose whether you wish to pay by credit card, cheque or postal order.
Gift Boxes, Packaging & Cards
I am sending my purchase directly to my friend. How will it look when it arrives? This is possibly where Treasure Box offers the best service currently available online. Every product on the site will show you how it comes packaged as standard with the option of upgrading to a Luxury Gift Box if you so wish which are really special. At the checkout you can then choose to;
* Remove the cost price from the delivery note * Write A Gift Message
Your message will appear inside a FREE greeting card in an envelope. (We have appropriate cards for every ocassion including Xmas, Birthdays, Congratulations, Anniversary, Mothers Day, etc.
Returning Items
My order arrived very quickly, thank you. However, I would like to return an item as it is unsuitable. What do I do? No problem. Simply call us or email us according to the instructions on your invoice and we will snd you a returns form and authorisation number by email. You must inform us within 7 days of receipt if any of your items are unsuitable. Please read our terms for our full returns policy.
I have recently used another website and was charged £2.99 admin fee when I sent my jewellery back. Is this the same with you? Absolutely not. You simply send your unwanted items back to us and we will carry out your instructions without any fee.
What guarantees do I have for my jewellery if it breaks in the future? All our jewellery is guaranteed for 30 days and you would be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. In addition, should you find something faulty with your purchase after this time we will ensure your item is replaced or repaired without any hesitation. I have received a piece of jewellery from your site as a present and it is unsuitable. I don't want to offend the sender but I would like to exchange it? No problem, this is a common occurence. Providing the item has not been worn and is in its original condition then we will happily allow you to exchange the item for something more suitable. However, Only the sender can request a refund.
What About Special Orders? With the exception of Pilgrim watches, any item ordered as a special order are not returnable or refundable unless faulty.
