Standard Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it is unworn, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund, by completing our Returns Form and we will automatically email you a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and full return instructions. Pierced earrings are non returnable.
