Delivery Information

Every product displayed will indicate the expected delivery time. All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail either First Class or First Class Recorded Delivery as standard. You have the option to upgrade your delivery at the checkout to Special Delivery which guarantees a next day delivery before 1pm. (We can only guarantee this service on products that display 1-2 days delivery). Our delivery charge is based on weight. If only jewellery is purchased then our delivery charge is £1.95, anything heavier can be more up to a maximum of £4.95 (see below). Please Note, 1. This service has to be requested before 14.00hrs or it will be despatched the following day Special Delivery 2. The Post Office do not guarantee Special Deliveries from Friday to a Saturday to every part of the country.(Please check with your local Post Office if in doubt) In either case a signature will be required upon receipt.

Late Or Lost Deliveries If your delivery is late arriving, please contact us and we will check the tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery. If you have a tracking number we suggest visiting www.royalmail.com so that you can check online or with your local sorting office. Very often it is simply a case that they have attempted delivery and not left a calling card. In the event of a non-delivery it is our intention to help you avoid any inconvenience. If the item is time critical we can despatch another immediately provided we have credit card details to guarantee payment in the event the original turns up. This way you will not be inconvenienced further as the Royal Mail will not offically classify and parcel lost until 15 working days have elapsed by which time your important event date would have passed. If for any reason you wish to have a refund instead this can be authorised back onto your card after the 15 working days time frame has elapsed and the Royal Mail acknoweledges it as lost.
