Late and Lost Deliveries
If you have not received your delivery within the time stated please follow the procedure below.
Standard Delivery – Please allow 5 working days. We would advise checking with your local delivery office as quite a delivery may have been attempted and a card was not left. After that, please inform us of the delay and we can advise you.
UK Express Delivery – If after 3 working days you have still not received your delivery using the tracking number recorded in your dispatch email check on the Royal Mail website to obtain its status. If you have no success with the Royal Mail please inform us.
UK Special Next Day - Using the tracking number you received in your dispatch notification, check on the Royal Mail website to obtain its status. If you have no success with the Royal Mail please inform us immediately and we will try and help you locate it.
With the exception of late/lost items sent UK Special Delivery, we cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days has elapsed since the date of despatch (25 working days for international items). It is not until then that the Royal Mail will recognize that the parcel has been lost. If your item is urgent and/or time sensitive, we would recommend you use the UK Special Delivery option.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered – The most common reason for this is when items have been delivered to a place of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or reception within your company and it maybe these people who would have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
